To Whom It May Concern This in reference to the "IPN Messaging Center" answering service utilized by Developmental Services. Inc (DSI). DSI has been using this answering service since August of 2005. DSI serves individuals with physical and developmental disabilities that require 24 hour supervision and support in a 12 county area. Since our organization is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of these individuals it is important to us that we give our staff tools that enhance their ability to provide the best possible care. We have been very pleased with the "IPN Messaging Center” answering service and the services of Indiana Paging Network who arranged this service. This service gives us the information needed to ensure staff is following policies and procedures when dealing with emergencies. It gives staff and parents/guardians of those we serve an assurance that someone is available to respond to issues after regular business hours. We have also been satisfied with the level of responsiveness from the answering service staff in dealing with changes on our end or technical difficulties that have occurred on very rare occasions. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for similar services.

Needless to say, we were reluctant to use another answering service based on our past experience. We are extremely impressed with the service IPN Messaging Center has provided.
